| Christmas in VietnamWhat was your recollections of Christmas in Vietnam? I recall they told us of a holiday cease fire but stay alert which is something I never had to be reminded of. My family sent me a small decorated tree in a box we put up in the hoouch. A bunch of us stayed up after work Christmas 1970 morning and tried to be happy.

we watched the bob hope show on AFVN tv [i told the guys about since had seen it 3 days before at lai khe,] they finally believed me about half way thru show when they ran tape of various earlier shows and there was the big red one at lai khe
