Military Working Dog Tribute, Wisconsin

Members and Friends, I have been on a Committee at the Highground memorial park in Neillesville Wisconsin. We have raised funds and had a full size tribute statue produced fr placement in this memorial park. It is a statue of a Vietnam Handler and his dog. The statue placement ground breaking will take place on the 20th of this month at 13:00. Our committee worked hard for the last three years to place this tribute to all military working dogs (Past, Present, and Future) The Highground is a reflection park to help our brothers heal a little. Their are tributes to every war and conflict from WWI through today's Afghanistan war. I am inviting any Wisconsin Handler to attend the ground breaking. I can be contacted at (608)469-1274 or e-mailed at: jfhooker@wisc.edu.
