re: Agent Orange

Danny,

We qualify for Agent Orange due to it being sprayed in Thailand. When you file with the VA, you simply list your duties as a K-9 on post and what you did. List you AFSC, base, year and your duties.
There is a report titled: CHECO you can google and it shows a lot of information on the chemicals.

re: Agent Orange

I did not know this was a health issue for me and caught me by surprise when I learned after all testing AO. But years ago I was instructed to go to the VA back in 2010 and did so then. Unknown to myself when registering with the VA they did a complete medical work-up as it related to my tours of duty from my DD-214. This review put me through an AGENT ORANGE screening. My main reasons for going to the VA were unrelated to the AO issue but had to complete the screening process as required by the doctor's x-rays, Chest X-ray, Blood Test. I was given a disability due to their medical examinations. I left the VA in 2014. My duty station was Thailand working around the canine kennels and parameters. update 12/09/2020.

Good information thanks, Let's call it a small Plus.
