heard this morning that Sgt of the Guard, Fred 'Fritz' Picken from Bath, MI
passed away on March 16, 2017 in Lansing. Sgt Picken worked out of the Tuy Hoa
Detachment with the 981st MP Co. 1971-1972. He was born in 1946 and served two tours in
Vietnam. He leaves his wife, Donna as
well as two brothers.
