How Do I Know When My VDHA Yearly Dues Expire Instructions

The new VDHA website database is very sophisticated and now has the ability to automatically remind members, thirty days in advance that their dues are coming up for renewal.  Another reminder will be afforded all members 10 days prior to their dues expiration date to allow them time to arrange membership renewal, without lapse in membership.

Accounts allowed to expire will automatically lose access to the Member Area on their anniversary date and remain so until Renewal Membership dues are received and logged by the VDHA treasurer.

New Membership "Join" dates are generally, by rule of thumb, bumped back to the first day of the month that the Members payment is received.  That date, the first day of that month, becomes the members anniversary date.  This allows members to plan their dues payment in unison with other monthly bills.
