Message :       Just want to give some updated info on my Father (Michael E Collins).  He served as a dog handler with the 12th SPS (Cam Ranh Bay & Phu Cat), handling Flash-A977, from 1967-1968.  He passed away on 10/21/2018.  I know he had friends who are part of the Vietnam Dog Handler Association.   However, I do not have their names and or info to contact any of them, so I just thought by updating his status maybe his buddies would know.  Thank you
