Marine Handler search

I have a friend who in 1968 served in Marine Force Recon, based in Camp "Resner" and often on Hill 200 FOP overlooking "AZ Territory" (and FB "Anwall". He remembers a Marine Scout Dog Handler named "Hanley" with dog "Rommel or Bear", worked with his recon team. He would like to invite this handler to his recon team reunions.
