If you have previously been a VDHA member, we still have you on record, so please click HERE to go to the Membership Renewal page, and follow the directions.  This will avoid duplicate records.

If you want to become a NEW VDHA Member, and you have never been a member in the past, you have 2 options on how to obtain the VDHA Brochure.

OPTION #1:  You can ask any officer to snail mail you a VDHA Brochure.  This is used mostly by those of us who are not very computer literate.
OPTION #2:  You can actually download a VDHA Brochure in PDF format by clicking HERE.  Once it is downloaded, you can print it out, fill it out, and mail it in.

Otherwise, please fill out the form below as completely as possible, noting that all items with an asterisk (*) are required fields of information.  Any additional information you care to give will assist in contacting you about your membership.

Don’t worry if you can’t find exact information to select, because that information can be added later.  It is most important to get your name, contact information, and phone numbers so that we can assist you to update or complete your membership profile.

When selecting "War Dog Unit(s)" and "Dog(s)", you MUST use the "PICKER", located at the right end of each field.  Please DO NOT type information in these two fields!!  A NUMBER will automatically be assigned to represent your choices.  1st, click on the brown text to the right side of the field.  2nd, a new window will open to reveal every possible choice in that catagory.  3rd, select the square box left of your choice.  4th, the number representing that choice in our system will automatically fill in the field for you.
