The project was Directed by Dennis Lewis and supported by the local Masonic Lodge.

US Congressman Walter B. Jones Jr. was the keynote speaker at the Dedication Ceremony on (Date) and the Marine Corps, 2nd Division Band provided the entertainment.

In attendance for the ceremony were Johnny Mayo, Perry Money,
and MOH recipient Walter Marm.
