Richard served with the 212th MP Co. 1966-1967 and was stationed in Pleiku. He was from Decatur, IL. Born July 30, 1945 died June 20, 2015. Was a member of American Legion Post no. 105. He was preceded in death by wife, Mary Alice in 2002.  Reported by his buddy, John Wesley Baker, 212th MP Co. 1966-1967.
