mother and joined the Army)
Became a Paratrooper, in the
Parachute Infantry.
Served on NegrosIsland
during the Philippine Campaign.
Left the Army in 1949.
Joined the
Marines & 1st Marine Division in Korea in 1951.
Served with the 1st Marine Division FMF (Infantry) Discharged from the Marines in 1955.
Joined the
Air Force same year, 1955.
Sent straight to 388th Air Police, Etain, France.
Re-assigned to 7425th APS, HahnABGermany.
